Female WWE Superstar, Sonya Deville's Rights To Defend Herself Are Being Violated By The State of N.J.
Enough is enough. We're no one's SUBJECTS!
You may or may not be into wrestling, but I'm into laying a smackdown on tyrants bullying the people with unconstitutional legislation to claim rule over us.
According to major news outlets, Daria Berenato, who performs as Sonya Deville for the WWE, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon in New Jersey and released on a summons pending a future court date.
What they failed to report is that her rights are being violated. Let me explain why her rights are being violated to help ensure no one else falls victim to an oppressive state. I hope Deville's attorney has already laid out these for her defense.Â
Too often, we Americans don't know our rights and have zero concern with educating ourselves on them until it's too late. That unhealthy trend needs to end NOW.Â
If you don't want to be the subject of the State, it’s past time for us to stop acting like it. We are responsible for defending our rights from tyrannical rule. There is no way for people to do so without knowing what they are protecting in the first place.Â

Alright, I'll pause lecturing you guys for a second. Let's get to what happened and the violations.
TMZ reported:
"WWE superstar Sonya Deville was arrested for gun possession in New Jersey last month ... after authorities say they found a firearm in her vehicle that didn't have a proper N.J. permit.
According to court docs, the incident happened on Feb. 19 in Atlantic City ... when our sources tell us a valet discovered the weapon in her car's glove box and called cops."
VIOLATION #1: How The Police illegally Obtained The EvidenceÂ
The first question that comes to mind is, why was a valet driver going through Deville's glove box in the first place?
According to Article 1.7 of New Jersey's state Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue except upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the papers and things to be seized."
According to the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."Â
The valet is not the police, and why did the valet grant themselves permission to search through Deville's glove box? The evidence was illegally obtained by law enforcement.
VIOLATION #2: It doesn't matter what unconstitutional laws corrupt politicians create; they have zero authority to create laws violating individuals' natural rights.
As stated in 1.21 of the N.J. state Constitution:
"This enumeration of rights and privileges shall not be construed to impair or deny others retained by the people."
As stated in the U.S. Constitution:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
Politicians from both political parties consistently disregard our natural rights to control and rule over the population. That is not the government's role, nor does it possess the authority to take away one's rights.Â
VIOLATION #3: We can protect and defend our lives and property without permission from the State! Our rights do not come from men or a piece of paper. Lawmakers are not gods.
According to Article 1.1 of the N.J. state Constitution:Â
"All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness."
Although this passage does not include 'the right to bear arms,' it doesn't specify what people can use to protect themselves. The government doesn't have the authority to tell people what they can or can't use to defend their lives, property, or happiness.Â
States do not have the authority to strip any of your rights either, that includes the 2nd Amendment of the United States:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Another violation of Deville's rights includes the 14th Amendment Section 1:
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Major news articles stated Deville got the weapon for personal protection after a 24-year-old man allegedly attempted to kidnap her during a terrifying home break-in in Florida in 2020.Â
That is just one example of why we have these rights in the first place. Politicians are creating laws that put our lives in DANGER.
Those who are friends of liberty and justice for all should share this with Sonya Deville. If the media's true goal were to gain the public's trust, they would have reported the truth, and the headlines would read, "Female WWE Superstar, Sonya Deville's Rights To Defend Herself Are Being Violated By The State of N.J."
